On the morning of August 8, the Group Company held the Inductions and Ceremony Events for its new staff in 2022. Xu Li, General Manager and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Group Company, attended the ceremony and delivered a speech. Du Zhixin, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, deputy general managers Qin Xiaqiang, Yin Xin, Zhang Gangyu and Feng Zhifeng and Chief Accountant Wang Xiuzhen attended the ceremony. Representatives of new staffs in Shanghai attended the ceremony on the spot. Heads of companies and other new staffs attended the ceremony via on-line video.

At the ceremony, entrusted by Fan Jintian, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Group Company, Xu Li welcomed the new staffs on behalf of the Group Company. He said that the new staffs" choice of China MCC20 showed their firm character, global vision, responsibility, love and power. He said that the understanding of China MCC20 necessitates understanding the enterprise, knowing the industry, learning to integrate, keeping pace with the times, and pinpointing coordinates. He guided new staff to know China MCC20 from its glory, growth characteristics, and future vision of China MCC20. China MCC20 is an enterprise with profound foundation, abundant talents, and numerous honors. It is moving in directions steadily towards collectivization of operation, regionalization of marketing, specialization of products, intensification of business, standardization of management and development of digitalization, and is committed to "increasing scale, quality and strength, and growing towards hundred-billion-yuan-class enterprise", which requires the unremitting efforts of every MCC20 person. He proposed four points of hopes for new staff:

I. Cherish lofty aspirations and maintain sustainable growth in hard work. We hope that new staff will always cherish their dreams and become confident fighters. We should not only dare to forge ahead, but also have perseverance, be steady, keep calm, and do our job well in a down-to-earth manner, so that we can step onto the stone by leaving footprint on it; clutch a piece of iron by leaving handprint on it, gain experience from details, develop our skills in work, and make achievements with the spirit of down-to-earth work.

II. Be brave and dauntless, and overcome difficulties through perseverance. We are dauntless despite of wind and rain, and must live up to every second and cherish the youth. New staff are expected to have the courage to face difficulties and move forward with confidence and firmness, never give up and forge ahead, sustain the spirit of perseverance and hard work, achieve our dreams in the process of tempering, and develop and refine ourselves defying setbacks.

III. Open up and innovate, and make new contributions to the new journey of enterprise development. Innovation is the driver for survival and development of enterprises. Only through innovation can enterprises maintain their eternal vigor and vitality and remain competitive in the increasingly fierce market environment. In the critical period when MCC20 is moving towards high-quality development, MCC20 people must always unswervingly pursue innovation and build enterprise brand, and become a new force of MCC20 daring to struggle, being courageous to innovate and daring to innovate, and making new contributions in the new journey of enterprise development.

IV. Be dedicated and loyal, and stay true to the original intention on the road of life. The enterprise development requires every staff to devote himself/herself and perform his/her duties faithfully. We hope that new staffs can withstand the trials and tribulations, always adhere to the good style of down-to-earth, perseverance, and responsibility, be loyal to the enterprise, career, and position, and firmly follow the road of development of MCC20.

On the ceremony, Zhang Ji from the Science and Technology Management Department of the Group Company, shared her personal experience in work and life on behalf of the young staff. Qin Xutao, automation major of Shanghai University, made a speech on behalf of the new staff, expressing his beautiful vision and firm confidence in the future.

The successful opening of the ceremony kicked off the induction training for new staffs in 2022. The training lasted for two weeks, covering topics of enterprise introduction, safety education, policy publicity and implementation, BIM special training, Glodon training and other aspects, so that the new staffs can fully and deeply understand the corporate culture, get familiar with relevant rules and regulations and work processes, and integrate into the tides of high-quality development of the Group Company as early as possible.
