Xu Li, male, born in 1975, has the master degree, and title of senior engineer. Currently he is serving as deputy secretary of the Party Committee and general manager of China MCC20, as well as chairman of Shanghai MCC20. Since 1998, Xu Li has successively served as deputy section chief, section chief and director assistant of Shanghai MCC19 Office, deputy manager and secretary of Shanghai MCC13 Branch, and manager and deputy general manager of the company's Sales Marketing Department. He served as deputy general manager of MCC TianGong and general manager of Shanghai MCC13 from March to May 2015, and then as board director and deputy general manager of China MCC20 from May 2015 to May 2017. Starting from May 2017, he has been appointed as the deputy secretary of the Party Committee and general manager of China MCC20, as well as chairman of Shanghai MCC20.
