Qin Xiaqiang, male, born in 1964, has the master degree, and title of professor-level senior engineer. Since August 1989, Qin Xiaqiang has successively served as technical team leader and technical director of the Basic Engineering Division of China MCC20 NO.3 Company, chief engineer and deputy manager of the Yinguan Building Project of China MCC20 NO.3 Company, and Technical Section chief of China MCC20 NO.3 Company, project manager of Century Avenue Package 4.1 Project of China MCC20, and chief engineer of China MCC20 NO.3 Company. From October 2001 to April 2013, Qin Xiaqiang served as deputy chief engineer of China MCC20 and then chief engineer of China MCC20. Since April 2013, he has been appointed as the deputy general manager of China MCC20.
