Yin Xin, male, born in 1966, is a member of the Communist Party of China, with education background of bachelor degree, and title of professor-level senior engineer. Since July 1990, Yin Xin has successively served as the technician, deputy team leader and then team leader of the 1st Engineering Team of China MCC20 Electrical Equipment Installation Branch, and team leader of the 5th Engineering Team of China MCC20 Electrical Equipment Installation Branch. He served as deputy head of the Market Development Department of China MCC20 from April 2003 to May 2006, then was appointed as project manager of Jisco Engineering Project of China MCC20 from June 2006 to November 2007, and as the manager of China MCC20 Electrical Equipment Installation Branch from November 2007 to December 2014. Since December 2014, he has been the deputy general manager of China MCC20.
