Zhang Gangyu, born in 1978, bachelor degree with title of Senior Engineer. From July 2000 to May 2007, he served as MCC20 Construction Co.’s project technician, supervisor of Management & Planning Department and deputy project manager; From May 2007 to June 2008, he served as MCC20 Construction Co.’s deputy general economic manager; From July 2008 to October 2015, he was appointed as deputy project manager of MCC Sri Lanka airport express way (CKE) project and MCC Sri Lanka outer beltway (OCH) project; From October 2015 to May 2018, he served as managing director of MCC20 International Engineering & Construction Co. Since May 2018, Zhang Gangyu has been appointed as deputy general manager of MCC20.
